needs and realities.
Nancy brings over 40 years of experience as a leader and manager in the nonprofit and corporate sectors, as well as in training, organization development (OD) consulting, coaching, and mentoring. Nancy works extensively with public and
private-sector organizations in leadership development, team
building, workforce diversity, managing differences, change
management, and a variety of other areas.
Nancy served as community education director for a large family
planning organization, director of a youth and family counseling
center, and led major national and international initiatives in
reaching adolescents, women, and injection drug users at risk
for HIV/AIDS.
Nancy holds a B.A. in Journalism from Duquesne
University and an M.S. from Johns Hopkins University in
organization and human resource development, where she also
completed a fellowship in change management.
